![]() ![]() That's not surprising as Python 2 became EOL at the start of 2020 and most providers had decided to move to supporting only Python 3, to stop providing modules, packages and support for Python 2. I can't remember all the issues I encountered but they definitely included problems like the OP is reporting inability to find modules needed to keep Python 2 code running under Bullseye. I did, but it was a while ago, probably the end of 2021 when Bullseye first became available on a Pi. I have not tried to install Python2 though. Moreover, whenever i check the /dev/tty ports, there is no ACM0 detected. Unfortunately, the code given in the video from the link i attached in the original post, produces an error which is the missing serial module. then, the rpi would be the one to store the sensor data from arduino to the database. A soil moisture sensor is connected to the arduino, and instead of using a wifi module to transfer sensor data into a database, im trying to connect to raspberry pi, do serial communication so that the sensor data will be sent to the RPI. I'm really sorry if I'm not able to explain clearly. Seems like the OP does need to tell us what they are using, what they are doing, what they have done. ![]() Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information. ![]()
